Wildlife and Bird watching Oakland County Michigan

Many people buy waterfront homes just for the serenity.  Water gives many people a calming factor.  The serenity of the lake, the waves lapping up on the shore.  Some people do not even care about water sports.  They do not like the noise of the boats.  They like watching the swans slowly going by each day.  The geese are not a nuisance to these people.  They like the geese and the ducks.  To a bird watcher the migrating ducks each year are a wonderful treat.

The bargain homes and the move in ready homes sometimes sell in just a few days.  So Many homebuyers never even see them because they are not getting the newest home listings sent to them.  Get the best homes emailed to you as soon as they hit the market.  Join my

Swans

Swans

Some lake residents say there are too many swans on some lakes.  Some lake residents think the swans are too aggressive.  Many boaters, and Jet skiers get too close to the swans sometimes.  I myself do not think the swans like getting sprayed by jet skiers.  Many boaters do not take into account the natural instinct of the swan parents of protecting their young.    So the battle of reducing the swan population can become very emotional for the bird lover and the water sports enthusiast.

Some people just like living on the lake without the having to do all the water sports.  The quiet and the relaxation is what these buyers want.  So highlighting the natural wildlife is a benefit when selling a lake home.  There are many facets of lake living.  You need to appeal to all the buyers whether they are a bird watcher, an avid water skier, or a fisherman.
