Lake foreclosures in Southeastern Michigan

Currently there are only 5 lake foreclosures in Southeastern Michigan and the Oakland County area.  It has become a rarity to see a lakefront home become a bank owned property.  Lake prices have risen dramatically in the last few years so there are very few lake home owners that are underwater anymore.  So unless they have borrowed more on the house in the last few years most home owners have equity in their lake homes in Michigan.  They have the ability to sell them, at least pay all the bills, and not hurt their credit.  So their are fewer lakefront foreclosures in Michigan.
